I am reviewing

Rememeber. No one knows your profs and no one will be contacting them. So you can be creative on which prof you are linking with which activities. see below. And then you can add more details if you wish.

Write the letters and re-post.

Letter 1:

Talk about ACM:

 - You wanted to participate in ACM competitions, so over a period of 1 month, you organized a group of interested students to form an ACM community at your univeristy.

- You held workshops to get your self and others practicing, you held practice sessions

- Your team (Ravens) was #1 in the university, so you qualified to attend the <regional competitions?> in Isfahan.

Add your TA for data structures here.

Letter 2:

- Scientific Association (itemize the things that you did, inluding the web design competion, and what was the workshop? If it is ACM, do not mention it again)

- Managing the computer lab 3 times week to help new students with thier questions. It also helped you gain experience on how to manage your time and delivery the lab-related projects.  (you can say the prof who is writing this is the perosn who oversees the computer lab at your scholl, and so that's how he knows about it)

Letter 3:

Reference your excellent work on projects and also your TA experiences. Maybe list that you did the two programming TAs with this prof.

Just confirming that i got your missed call

Yeah. sure uncle. I will write them based on what you've written here.
I will post them again.

Hi uncle, please take a look at this one and tell me your opinion about it. I will write the other ones and send them to you as well.

Dear Admission Committee Member:

I am very pleased to recommend Mr. Mehrdad Hassanzadeh for your master program in Computer Science. Mr. Hassanzadeh was admitted to our undergraduate program in Software Engineering in Fall 2015 and after that time I had the chance to have and work with one of the most talented and hardworking students in our department.

As long as I remember Mr. Hassanzadeh was the only student who was really enthusiastic about ACM ICPC contests. Our university hasn’t had an ACM team by that time, so he did it in his own way. He founded a group for participating in ACM contests and named it ‘RAVENS’. He gathered the students (over 15 students) who had the capabilities to be successful in those contests and were holding lots of workshops and weekly sessions to improving their skills.

This group showed us how much powerful it is by getting the First place in our 3rd and 2nd programming contests so, we let them to participate in National ACM contests like the ones which were held by Isfahan’s and Tehran’s universities as University of Bojnord ACM team.

Based on his understanding in programming field I picked him as my teacher assistant in ‘Data Structures’ course which is one of the hardest and most important courses in computer science field. The students of my class were completely satisfied by his excellent skill and behavior.

Considering Mr. Hassanzadeh’s credential. I would strongly recommend him for a place in your master program with absolutely no reservation and I strongly believe he is going to be successful in his future academic endeavors.

Sincerely

Azadeh Soltani

Dean of Department of Software Engineering

Oh no. I forgot completely about the names which I wrote in it.

** I completely forgot

Another thing. I forgot to put my olympiad exprience in the topics. I think I can put them in the third recommendation. How is that?

To Whom It May Concern

I am thrilled to recommend Mr. Mehrdad Hassanzadeh for graduate studies in your department. I’ve known him since I was accepted as a faculty member of ''Our University''. Mehrdad took two courses with me which were ‘Software Engineering’ and ‘Algorithm Designing’. Also I had the chance to work with him in the Scientific Association where I was the advisor professor there. In this context he has proven to me his excellent academic performance.

Mehrdad was the most active member in Scientific Association. He took care about everything we wanted to do like holding workshops for students like C++, Python, Photoshop and Web Designing. Also he was the coordinator for holding the ‘First Web Designing Contest’ in "this Province" , Iran. His working in this association showed me how responsible he is about his duties.

Before having Mehrdad as a member, we didn’t have a computer laboratory specifically for our department. Mehrdad helped us to build up a perfect laboratory and took the responsibility to managing it 3 times a week to check the computers and help new students with their questions. I was the supervisor to check how laboratory’s works are being done, so I saw how much effort he put for organizing this. He took lots of equipments from university that we didn't have before. As he said to me, it helped him to have a new experience and taught him how to manage his time and delivering lab-projects better than before.

Consider my advice when you are checking out Mehrdad’s qualification for being there to study in master. Undoubtedly he will become one of the best students there, too. Please feel free to contact me at any time if I can be of further assistance.

Sincerely,

Teacher2, PHD

To Whom It May Concern

It is a pleasure for me to write to recommend Mr. Mehrdad Hassanzadeh for your graduate studies. I know him for almost 4 years and I had the chance to work with him in these years. Mehrdad is very hardworking and he is the best student that I had in these years

I had lots of courses with Mehrdad and I know him very well. Through these years I had ‘Computer Architecture’, ‘Systems Analysis and Design’, ‘Operation Systems’, ‘Microprocessor and Assembly’ and ‘Compiler design Fundamentals’ courses with him, so I know him the best. In each of these courses Mehrdad was among the best students of the class and participated in every discussion we had in the classroom.

According to his impressive understanding of programming I picked him as my teacher assistant in ‘Basic Programming’ course twice and also recommend one of the teachers of Industrial Department to choose him as her teacher assistant as well. All the students who their teacher assistant was Mehrdad before told me about how well-behaved and excellent he is in teaching.

Since I was in charge for choosing our department’s Olympiad team for Regional Olympiad holding by "that  university" , "that city" , Iran, I chose Mehrdad as one of the members. This should have consisted of 5 top students in the department and Mehrdad was one of them who were picked among 200 students we had in.

Moreover, I worked with him in a real life project which was a website for our university which was about organizing conferences and journals. The analysis part of the system which is the hardest part of designing a system was being done by him. It was a massive project which had 3,000 pages document all done by Mehrdad in less than two month whilst he was on summer holidays. I was so impressed by his working. I will work with him again in the future for sure.

Without a doubt, Mehrdad is going to be one of the strongest students you can have in your department. He is so much talented and you will discover it yourself. I strongly recommend him for your Computer Science program.

In case further information is required, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely yours,

Teacher3

Faculty member of Software Engineering at "our University"

Here is Letter 1. I am working on letter 2, but it is not yet complete. You should keep working on your SOP in the meantime.

-----------

Dear Admission Committee,

Mehrdad H. was admitted to our Undergraduate program in Software Engineering in Fall of 2015. Mehrdad took the “Date Structures” course with me in his 3rd semester, where I got to know him more as an individual as well as a leader.

Mehrdad showed a lot of enthusiasm during class and was very eager to learn more about data structures and their application in programming. So I recommended that he looks into ACM ICPC, which are competitive international programming contests. The biggest challenge was that at the time, we did not have an established ACM community at the university. That week, Mehrdad took upon himself to post flyers on the campus for a meetup of those who were interested in competitive programming. Within a few weeks, there were about 15 people from the Software Engineering department who were holding weekly gatherings to discuss online resources, practice sessions, and eventually the first internal ACM competition was held at the university toward the end of the 3rd semester. We have since held 2 internal competitions per semester, where Mehrdad is the chair of the ACM community at University of **Name**. It was also no surprise that Mehrdad’s ACM team (“Ravens”) was qualified to represent University of **Name**in the National ACM Competitions that were held in **2018** in Tehran.

in 2017, Mehrdad expressed interest to be my TA for the Data Structures course. Given his track record, I happily recommended his nomination to the department, which was accepted. Based on the feedback that I have received from those who attended Mehrdad’s TA classes, he has been described as passionate, knowledgeable and organized. He was also my TA in 2018.

Mehrdad is a smart and ambitious individual, and I am confident that he is going to be successful in his future academic endeavors.

Sincerely,

** PROF NAME **

Dean of Department of Software Engineering
